Plant of the week: Helenium (Autumnal Helena series)

Heleniums from the Helena series are hardy perennials which originate from Northern America.

They are known for producing countless daisy like flowers which appear from late Summer into Autumn! Growing between 3ft-4ft they are perfect for garden borders and are happy with many soil conditions.

Quick fact: There is a shorter a bushier series of Helenium called Mariachi which grow to around 50cm tall and 1 meter wide.

To encourage more flowering, cut off any dead heads and plant in a sunny spot! We have these available now in 2 litre pots at £4.50 each or 3 for £12!
